PDF Pages in the Wrong Order? Fix It in Thirty Seconds

You scan a twenty-page contract, open the PDF, and half the pages are upside down, two are duplicated, and the appendix somehow ended up first. Sending that to the other side isn't an option.

Rescanning is the wrong fix

Rotating and reordering pages doesn't touch the content — it only changes sequence and orientation. FileTools lays your PDF out as page thumbnails you drag into place. Rotating 90 degrees is one click. Deleting a blank page is one click.

Do it in this order: delete blanks and duplicates first, then rotate the sideways pages, then fix the sequence. Go the other way around and you'll spend time arranging pages you're about to throw out.
