Instagram Highlights: The Profile Shop Window Most People Ignore

Phone showing an Instagram profile with colorful Story Highlight circles

Stories vanish after 24 hours. Highlights don't. They sit right under your bio, and visitors see them before the first post in your grid. Yet most profiles leave them messy, with names like "🥰" or "2023".

How many, and in what order

Aim for 4–7. More won't fit on a phone screen, and people rarely swipe. The first three matter most, so put what sells up front:

1. Start / About: who you are and why follow you.

2. Reviews / Results: customer DM screenshots, before-and-after shots.

3. Offer / Prices: what you do and how to reach you.

FAQ, behind-the-scenes and promos come after.

Names and covers

Titles cap at 15 characters, so be clear: "Reviews", not "Love from you ❤️". Keep covers consistent: one background color, simple icons, no random photos. Your profile then reads like a brand, not a private account.

Keep them alive

Once a month, go through your Highlights and delete outdated stories (old prices, past promos). Add new reviews right away. A profile that looks active converts better.

Give your Highlights an audience

Even the best shop window is useless on an empty street. Once your profile is polished, kick-start reach with KupSledujici: followers, story views and likes at fair prices.
